RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensures that basic CS functions are performed
Serves as a liaison between the customer and various departments
Actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns via Chat / Email / Phone
Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources for win-win resolutions.

REQUIREMENTS :
Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's / College Degree, any field.
Fluency (written and spoken) in Mandarin and Cantonese. (At least 45-70 WPM )
Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills
Willing to work in rotational / shift schedule
