The Sales Operations Analyst reports to the Sales Operations Manager and works directly with the sales team. He or she is primarily responsible in assisting with all activities required to enable the sales team to fulfill sales quotas, as well as in maintaining department and individual KPI's.
He / She will be responsible for researching and providing the Sales Operations Manager and Head of Sales with all information they require in order to effectively present to Sprout Executive Management.
Main Responsibilities :
Ensure that all sales staff are actively, regularly, and accurately using Hubspot (CRM tool) in their daily activities
Ensure that sales staff provide the Sales Operations Manager and Head of Sales with all metrics they require on a timely basis
Analyze and report on metrics data as per Sales Operations Manager / Head of Sales' requirements
Able to use online tools and social media to assist the sales team in their personal sales efforts
Ensure that all sales playbooks are up to date, complete, detailed, and maintained
Ensure that all Sales new hire onboarding procedures are correct, up to date, and being implemented
Ensure that all required SLA's are up to date, complete, and legally correct
Advise the Sales Operations Manager and Head of Sales on how to improve the processes and procedures of the Sales Team.
Implement and monitor all Sales team's initiatives, processes, procedures, and KPI's
Ensure that interactions between Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success departments are positive and of highest standards so that they contribute to the overall business success and positive image of the company, both internally and externally.
Minimum Qualifications :
Preferably a graduate of business-related courses (business management, marketing, advertising, or the likes)
With at least one (1) year work experience related to sales operations, client / customer relationship management, sales, marketing, advertising, or the likes
Strong people skills, thorough knowledge of and competency with Sales CRM tools (ex. Hubspot), MS Office, business analysis and reporting tools
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Able to act on directives as well as provide feedback on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and timeliness of those directives
Sound business judgment, integrity and commitment to excellence
Capable of maintaining composure and effectiveness when working under pressure
Must be willing to work in McKinley, Taguig
