Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities :
Accommodates associates' inquiry over the phone and / or email in regards to payroll, benefits, etc. Serve as prime contact for maintaining site HR information system and ensure data integrity and information security.
Ensure accurate, timely administration and processing of personnel and payroll actions, investigate and resolve issues, ensure compliance, support general benefits and salary administration and create a variety of reports.
Cross-train to support a variety of HR responsibilities. May train others in system operation. Support management and all employees across all PH sites.
With regard to compliance, the incumbent takes personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies.
