Job Description

We are starting a team of technical supportrepresentatives for a developer and manufacturer of 3D scanners and CAD / CAMsoftware solutions for the dental and audio industries.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide support to the client’spartners and end-users regarding various inquiries
  • CRM Case logging and documentation
  • Manage escalations effectively
  • Other tasks as required

  • 2-3 years of customer service / technical support experience in the BPO industry.
  • A background in Dentistry would be aplus but is not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on a shiftingschedule (AU or EU working hours based on business need) in the Mall of AsiaComplex, Pasay City
