Responsible in reviewing social media information of the company
Analyze social media insights and identify potential reputation threat
Track of trending conversations of the customer for product offers
Requirements :
Native / Non-Native Indonesian Applicant
With Strong Speaking, reading and writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia
Excellent English communication Skills
Bachelors Degree of any course
Preferably with at least 1-year social media customer service and support
Experience in e-commerce is a strong plus
