Job Description

  • Call rates - Night shift : 20 calls per agent average. Morning shift : 8 calls per agent average.
  • Provides technical support to customer regarding PAX equipment.
  • Communicates with customers to provide information and assistance on product use, hardware, and software problems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that the customer may have.
  • Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolve issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Can handle advance troubleshooting issues.
  • Able to multi-task and is comfortable working with shifting hours (Morning Shift / Night Shift).
  • College Graduate.
  • Good English Communication Skills
  • Ability to think clearly especially in an adverse situation.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate with others.
