Job Description : Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls. Gather customer information as required. Recommend solutions and other services if appropriate.
Delight customers and ensure best customer experience possible. Determine requirements by working with customers. Minimum Qualifications : Customer service experience in any industry is okay.
Previous tehcnical background is a plus. Average to advanced written and spoken English. Average to advanced knowledge in computer applications.
Amenable to shifting schedules including night shifts. Day shift is also available.
