• Sourcing for the right candidates and chasing the candidates for their CVs.

• Arranging interviews – candidates; interviewers; hiring managers.

• Input and maintain applicant’s information into the HR database.

• Conducts phone interviews for target candidate and make sure to get all their important details.

• Establish and post job adverts on job search websites

• Schedule and organize interviews with suitable candidates

• Communicate requirements and duties to prospective candidates

• Manage end to end recruitment process of searches handled

• Prepares and initiate recruitment plan and strategies in order to meet client’s demands

• Prepare necessary documents, job description, screen tests and interview questions for the organization
