Job Description

  • Perform Human Resource functions such as recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, occupational health and safety including employee relations.
  • Ensure on time payment of payables such as mandatory benefits, utility bills & etc.
  • Perform purchasing function by finding the best supplier that can give best cost but meets quality standards of the company.
  • Ensure repairs and maintenance of workplace and vehicles
  • Perform general admin functions and other tasks assigned.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration major in Human Resources Development or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 2 years of work experience related to the post.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
