Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four year course, preferably business-related
  • With three (3) years experience in office administration
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Complies with operational systems, processes and policies to increase effectiveness and efficiency resulting in customer satisfaction
  • Processes orders of customers ensuring that service levels are met.
  • Processes purchase orders for resources (e.g., office supplies, equipment and facilities) needed for operations and ensures timely delivery.
  • Communicates upcoming promotions and schedules orientation for personnel.
  • Checks inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock levels for the promotion.
  • Addresses promotions-related concerns of customers, coordinates with concerned personnel / offices within two (2) days and resolves the concerns within seven (7) days.
