The Specialist 1, Talent Acquisition Recruiting is a key member of the Talent Acquisition Team. In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to make a difference by championing the employee workforce through recruiting, engaging, developing, and retaining our people and enabling them to perform at their peak.

Through your skills and expertise in Human Resources, you help create and cultivate a bigger and better Emerson Employer brand in Manila and drive recruitment strategies and seamlessly weave them into the recruiting process to attract top talent in the market.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL :

  • Handle General and Professional recruiting categories with minimal direction from Senior or Lead
  • Facilitate calibration meetings with the hiring groups
  • Resolve minor operational hiring issues
  • Use different portals and sourcing channels such as Employee Referrals, Social networks, Job Boards, Agencies in managing pool of candidates
  • Pre-screen and interview candidates, and administer exams as necessary
  • Prepare salary file for job offer drafting and extension
  • Handle secondary roles and responsibilities in projects within the team as specified by the manager
  • Stay current with the latest recruiting developments in the marketplace
  • FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, other related fields in HR or Business
  • At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition Recruiting or Sourcing, or executive search preferably in the Share Services industry hiring for volume and niche experience
  • Experience in applicant tracking system and recruiting related tools / channels
  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good interpersonal skills with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with
  • Ability to manage and adapt in an extremely busy and frequently changing environment
