Plans, designs, organizes, conducts and evaluates managerial, supervisory, and staff training programs. Provides employees with effective organizational development solutions to support strategic initiatives identified in collaboration with the organization’s functional management team.

Partners and involves organizational leadership in the facilitation of curriculum.
Effectively uses adult learning principles to maximize effectiveness of training.
Continues to develop and demonstrate effective instructor competencies.
Relates course material to actual on the job tasks and ensure development of these competencies. Provides coaching and follow up to all learning events.

Inputs appropriate data into training records. These records should include but not be limited to, documentation of actual training, tests scores, certification and recertification processes etc.
Maintains training records in training database with 100percent accuracy.
Completes all administrative functions relating to training classes.
Follows established administrative procedures.
Sets up and maintains a leadership development program for employees in lower level positions to strengthen existing skill or develop potential.
Formulates learning objectives.
Selects or develops instructional methods, training aids, manuals and other materials.
Develops lesson plans and instructor notes to meet needs of learners.
Designs handouts and class materials to support training.
Researches and reviews external training programs and materials to provide the best solution.
Evaluates training solutions.
Attends support Staff Team meetings. Completes assigned tasks on time and in a quality manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
2-4 years of experience in a Training capacity.
Outstanding performance and attendance history plus a commitment to quality excellence.
Demonstrates ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment demanding self-reliance combined with team spirit, people skills, and a well-honed sense of urgency and priorities.
Works effectively with all levels of management, clients and frontline employees.
Demonstrates ability to be adaptable, resilient, and a change management leader.
Demonstrated ownership of job responsibilities and flexibility to ever changing work hours. Detail oriented and possesses strong oral and written communication skills in additional to excellent presentation skills.
Previous management / training experience preferred.
Previous Technology Experience is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree, Trade / Vocational School certificate or Equivalent required. Certified in Voice and Accent training is preferred.
