The Customer Service Manager shall provide immediate phone support for the Customer Support Team. He / she would need to learn the ins and outs of the company’s software to be able to provide live support with a customer on the phone.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Take incoming support phone calls for customers in need of immediate assistance
  • Listen to and address customer concerns live
  • Take notes and file logs on each phone call to maintain a record of each call, ensuring all issues and requests are addressed in the long term.
  • Provide live chat and email support to customers when there is no demand for phone support.
  • At least 5 years Customer Service in an E-commerce industry (for a seller or sales channel like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay)
  • Excellent English communication skills are a must (both oral and written)
  • With previous experience in taking both inbound and outbound calls, technical support, troubleshooting, and live chats / e-mail support
  • Competency with Microsoft Excel is required
  • Competency with Jira / Atlassian / Confluence / Intercom is a bonus
