  • Marketing Communication Support for designated business units in Philippines and drive the optimisation of Schneider Electric Marcom planning and management across different business divisions to deliver tangible contribution to the business performance as well as enhance measured brand share of earned media.
  • Be an ambassador of Marketing Transformation for designated business units to secure the collaboration of other functions to maximize ROI of projects.
  • Work in collaboration with internal sales and strategic marketing team to develop holistic marketing communication strategy that is well aligned to the core business strategy and overall brand strategy.
  • Participate in continuous improvement by taking a methodical and data-driven approach while ensuring closed loop marketing system and processes to facilitate post campaign analysis and global process compliancy.
  • Contribute to defining designated business units' requirements that support the rollout of new Corporate or Regional Initiatives and optimize SE Marketing investments.
  • Assist in quarterly marketing reviews, provide analyses and interpretations of campaign data and market insights to identify key drivers for improvement across a broad range of marketing areas.
  • Assist to promotes agility and scalability thru a shift from traditional to digital marketing and continuous learning from new approaches.
  • Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 4 years experience in Marketing with demonstrated ability to develop integrated marketing communication plan and effectively manage budget to deliver ROI independently
  • Knowledge of marketing funnel; ability to report on and draw insightful conclusions from qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Hands on experience in handling both above the line and below the line marcom tactics including advertisement, event management, direct marketing, public relations and digital marketing.
  • Good understanding of business acumen and ability to collaborate as part of a team including integrating diverse feedback from various stakeholders.
  • B2B marketing background is essential.
