We are hiring for our RPA Team! (Openings include Developers, Operators and Business Analyst)
Overview :
Collaborates with a team of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Engineers in supporting existing robots and developing Proofs of Concept (PoCs) as well as the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of new robots.
Acts as the initial point of escalation with regards to technical support and maintenance on the operational robots. Collaborates with business analysts and key stakeholders to understand new requirements.
Supports the delivery of projects on time, within planned budget and required quality level.
Robotics Developer :
Creates the architecture of solution design
Works on code development of bots
Performs unit and end to end testing
Communicates requirements, issues, and impediments to stakeholders
Works on production manual
Conducts code review
Business Analyst :
Conducts feasibility analysis to business processes
Works with business to quantify the value of automation and ROI analysis
Conducts process discovery to understand steps of the process
Creates business case to justify creation of robots
Facilitates complexity assessment of process to be automated
Stakeholder management in coordinating logistics, updates, and impediments
Robotics Operator :
Runs and monitors robots
Communicates downtime and concerns
Manages incidents raised by stakeholders
Assists in handover and migration of bots from other centers
Identifies potential enhancements of robots
Conducts production testing of new bots
If you are good at :
Intermediate / Good knowledge of Automation Anywhere
Basic / Intermediate knowledge of Blue Prism
Intermediate understanding and capability to create Excel Macros and Visual Basic Scripts or other coding language
Knowledge of banking product / systems is a plus
If you can :
Ensures understanding of automation development and applying to different projects.
Ensures automation standards are followed and up to quality standards
Ensures product is within the project requirements and is functional.
Monitors robot performance and provides support.
Understands service level agreements and ensure service delivery is compliant with the agreed / developed SLA’s.
Identify improvement areas and develop practical improvement solutions for existing processes / procedures / work instructions, technology, and organization.
If you are :
2 to 4 years relevant experience in developing and testing robots
Robotics knowledge might be replaced with other strong programming skills
2 to 4 years relevant experience in technical support and maintenance on operational robots
Robotics knowledge might be replaced with other strong technical maintenance skills
1 to 2 years relevant experience in business process analysis
