  • Create promotion plan and present to high level management.
  • Ensure monitoring of promotions.
  • Oversee online and digital promotions.
  • Work with different stakeholders to understand local market and create engaging local content & design to acquire and retain drivers & users.
  • Plan, communicate, execute, measure & report ROI of local marketing campaigns.
  • Provide input to digital marketing team and work with regional team to roll out regional content & campaigns.
  • Lead continuous improvement of user experience for acquisition channels.
  • Analyzing and reporting on campaign results, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
  • Identifying and testing new opportunities to drive growth of online marketing channels.
  • Knowledgeable on acquisition best practices, technologies, and trends.
  • Conducting research and competitive analysis (market size, competitive benchmarks and trends.
  • Job Requirements :

  • At least 7-9 years working experience with solid understanding of content / inbound marketing, B2B marketing, branding and PR.
  • Hands-on experience in executing and managing design & content creation.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a startup environment.
  • Experience handling agencies (Advertisement / PR).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once withexcellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively resolve problems and / or roadblocks as they occur, and know when to escalate.
  • Assertive, take charge attitude, ambitious, creative, and a team player.
