MCS group is delighted to continue to work with a global software solutions provider as they offer a unique opportunity for people from a non-technical background to move into an IT support role.

My client is building out a brand-new support team in their Belfast city centre location and have multiple positions that could see individuals with great people skills and technical aptitude move into a support role.

About the role :

  • You will start on a rapid advancement training programme.
  • You will provide excellent customer service to company clients.
  • You will help non-technical clients resolve technical issues.
  • You will become a technical expert on company products.
  • About you :

  • 1-year customer service experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A keen interest in IT and a technical aptitude.
  • You'll need to be a team player and be IT savvy.
  • Previous experience in IT support or software exposure will help your application but is by no means necessary.
