Job Description :

ECE Dumaguete is pooling applicants for the position of Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer relations support for our client.

As a customer support representative, your role is not only to help our client's customers with issues they encounter, but to make every customer's experience with support an exceptional one.

You will demonstrate a true passion for serving customers while resolving their issues. Customer support representatives will respond to client calls with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide timely responses to client calls
  • Approach issue resolution with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism
  • Demonstrate a true passion for serving customers and resolving issues
  • Creatively and proactively drive continuous improvements that lead to delighted customers / service
  • Ensure client files are accurate and updated
  • Ensure all interactions are held with the highest level of confidentiality
  • Qualifications :

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • With at least 6 months of customer support experience, preferably in a BPO / call center setting
  • Ability to defuse client anxiety through exceptional customer service techniques / skills
  • Ability to think critically and apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues
  • Must be self-motivated, act independently, and know when to escalate issues
  • Requirements :

  • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a customer support role
  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening check
  • Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an initial interview.
