The Job
Responsible for making sure websites are pixel perfect in design, functioning as they should and meet the brief. Will also be reviewing sites to make sure formatting, and files specs are as they should be, while making sure browser and device compatibility has been done.
Evaluate and test websites to verify functionality according to client and user requirements
Be involved in the entire development process (including requirements)
Validate that the website performs to established guidelines
Write, review, revise and verify quality standards and test procedures for site design and product evaluation
Participate in review of site standards, procedures, tools and process.
Monitor, manage and communicate with developers on defects.
Prepare and develop test strategies and test plans.
Assist project leaders in solving quality assurance issues.
Work collectively to solve defects.
Assist in disaster recovery testing.
The Profile
2+ years’ experience as a website / Software QA or Tester working with development teams Bachelors’ degree or higher education
A good design eye, this is as much functional testing as it is design accuracy
Technical capacity and can collaborate with a team
Candidate must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
Can work in shifting schedule (Day, Mid, GY), predominantly Day shift.
