Job Description

  • Manages performance of team
  • Performs weekly coaching to agents
  • Coordinates directly with clients and other departments
  • Conducts team meetings and action plans to improve agent / team performance
  • Provides encouragement to team members
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Must have a Customer Service background, handling E-Commerce campaign is a plus and operational experience.
  • Must have at least 2-3 years team leader experience preferably inbound, outbound and tech support account
  • Has very good oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Amenable to work on required flexible / variable hour work schedule including weekends based on business needs and observe company attendance policy
  • COMPETENCIES NEEDED :

  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Very analytic and proactive
  • Advanced Computer Skills
  • Can work with little-to-no supervision
  • Creative and has very good attention to details
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving ability
  • Able to take direction and quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product
  • Ability to work in a team environment demonstrating responsibility and accountability
