Ability to understand the customer’s needs in order to design the desired solution and dimensioning with BoQ outcome;
At least 5 years of technical pre-sales or post-sales working experience;
Proven ability to manage customer accounts in cooperation with CT in technical level;
Detailed knowledge of telco / carrier business models and service management strategies;
Familiar with other vendors’ IP Network products (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Coriant, Brocade) will be advantaged.
Understanding of Optical network architecture and WDM / OTN related product solution will be an advantage.
Skills / Experience :
Minimum of Bachelor degree in telecommunications, computer science or electronics, or relevant majors;
A proven track record of building long-term relationships with strategic carrier / telco accounts;
Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing);
Make it happen attitude, inventive, resourceful and flexible in a fast-paced, challenging and everchanging environment;
Target oriented, and self-motivated;
Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English.
