We are open for a Talent Acquisition Internship Program here at ITIVITI and we are looking for highly motivated learners who are willing to dedicate themselves to understanding more about how recruiters in fintech / IT companies work.
What will you learn :
Capital Markets knowledge : players in trading, investing, who does what
Asia Pacific trends with regards to Talent Acquisitions, you’ll be exposed to hiring for our offices in : Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Manila, Sydney, Mumbai
Be exposed to end to end global recruitment and a plethora of fintech knowledge that will open up your profile towards IT, Fintech and Global Talent Acquisition.
Preference of 6 months but this is flexible
What will you help us with :
Assist in the recruitment process and work alongside one of ITIVITI's Talent Acquisition Partners (Manila, Hong Kong, Cluj)
Manage candidates / applicants and assist in testing
Create tools to automate our processing of candidates in our software
Source for technical roles such as QA, JAVA, Trading Application Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Client Services and Software Developers in the FinTech Industry.
Create tools to source for technical roles such as QA, JAVA, Trading Application Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Client Services and Software Developers in the FinTech Industry.
Schedule interviews with TA partners in various ITIVITI locations.
Conduct Initial screening and interview to assess fitment for current requisitions.
Ad Hoc and other admin tasks including : Company outing preparation, Employee Engagement Activities, Monthly HR activities and ensuring E-cards (company requirements, employee engagement activities, announcements) are complete and sent out within schedule.
