Position Purpose & Summary
This position is primarily responsible for executing production process of feeds required by the business and ensures Toll Feed Mill Contract Manufacturing partners are meeting business and plant standards for safety, quality, operational effectiveness and financial performance on a daily basis.
People and Product Safety
Ensure implementation of employee and food / feed safety program standards.
Oversees / supports EHS / FSQR experts and production people to ensure the most effective risk mitigation plans and regulatory compliance strategies are implemented.
Ensures all regulations are followed and reporting is accurately and timely.
Health & Safety : champions a culture of zero injury and illness.
Environmental : Reduces and proactively avoids environmental impact and potential risk to the businesses.
Food Safety : Accountable for eliminating risks associated with products. Ensures HACCP / GMP requirements are met in all food and feed processes.
Consolidates and report aggregated EHS / FSQR incident data to identify and mitigate risks (i.e. safety index, RIFR, food safety index, FSQR and GMP audits)
Production, Product quality and Reliability
Work for ensuring product availability and quality on timely basis to contract farms.
Collaborates / partners with Logistics / Procurement / Sales / Supply Chain professionals to ensure availability of raw materials and ability to meet customer specifications and timelines.
Assist toll partners on being efficient in order to reduce operational cost.
Implements operational efficiency improvements as guided.
Deploys and monitors Reliability Excellence and Continuous Improvement Processes as guided.
Collaborates with COEs to identify and assist in deploy and leverage opportunities for continuous improvements applicable to the entire business / enterprise.
Works with toll mill employees to ensure business objective is being met.
Keep, maintain and monitor raw materials finished feed inventory is accurate and manage shrink within CJoy standards.
Provide daily raw material and finished feeds inventory report.
Minimum 1 year of experiences in production or manufacturing line.
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Operations or Business degree is preferred
1 year experience as Feed Plant Manufacturing Operations
One year of work experience in handling process improvement and administrative functions
With background in preparing reports and financial documents such as liquidation, etc.
Can communicate and create sound relationship to toll manufacturers.
Knowledgeable in computer application (MS Word, Excel)
Has keen observations and reports accurately.
