Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for strategic sourcing, implementation of recruitment programs, interview coordination and hiring.

This is a role who will be based in the Philippines studio responsible for recruiting and coordinating the hiring process for the Singapore studio.


  • Works closely with Singapore's Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers on the hiring needs
  • Possess strong ability to screen candidates within the framework while upholding a great candidate experience
  • Coordinates and schedules interviews, consolidates feedback from hiring managers, and prepares job offers
  • Manages and prioritizes tasks to hit all hiring targets
  • Maintains the database and in charge of recruitment reports
  • Builds and maintains network of potential candidates through market research
  • Up to date with the latest market and recruiting trends, and other relevant information for the industry assisting on the strategic level
  • Recommends ideas and strategies relating to recruitment that will contribute to short and long term growth of the studio
  • Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a fast paced industry
  • Big plus if experienced in off-shore recruitment
  • Strong working knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques
  • Demonstrate initiative and self-motivation to drive continuous process improvement
  • Has a good sense of business awareness especially in the video games and IT industry
  • Proficient in developing professional relationships with hiring managers
  • Proficient in negotiation and interviewing skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and has effective time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
