iOPEX Technologies is currently looking for ASSISTANT MANAGER - TRAINING to start ASAP!

Job Description

The successful candidate is expected to manage the operational and fiscal activities of the Training Department including utilizing systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the Training Department, overseeing all aspects of the delivery of training, improving processes and performance that enhance bottom line results, working closely with business partners and clients to resolve all training related issues, improving efficiency and accuracy of training process, creating and implementing process improvements, managing the staff in accordance with company policies, procedures, and client metrics.

Experience in handling and creating BPO modules for near hire training classes.

  • Assist Recruitment Team in conducting initial screenings for near hire training classes
  • Assist in day to day Training Delivery, Implementation, and Project Management
  • Responsible in delivering on the ground support for Trainers and Training Associates
  • Perform Facilitation duties 60% of the time focusing on different / multiple campaigns
  • Identify and analyze knowledge / skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities and assess relevant training needs
  • Develop training manuals that target key results and training programs that address specific business needs.
  • Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting the performance key goals and specific skill competencies.
  • Keep well-informed of training trends, skills capabilities and best practices.
  • Responsible for all training compliance parameters and audit requirements
  • Provide administrative supervision to trainers and training associates
  • Provide training evaluations to trainers and training associates in class
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required
  • Qualifications

  • Must be a college graduate with a degree of BS Psychology, Human Relations Management, Humanities, and the likes
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Training and Development and at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Must have experience specializing in Training & Development or equivalent in a BPO set up
  • Must be amenable to work onsite and can also do work from home set up should the need arise
  • Willingness to work on a graveyard / night shift schedule in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
