    Your responsibilities include :

  • Explaining products or services and prices, and answering questions from customers
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • The Profile

  • You have at least 1 year of BPO experience with a banking and finance account
  • You have a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • You have a high sense of urgency and are extremely good at managing stressful situations
  • You are fluent in English to be able to communicate with international customers
