Our Level 1 IT Support Team in Group Retirement Solutions is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, team- oriented Business Analyst who has a passion for solving problems and finding creative solutions while always having the customer at the forefront of their thinking.

This position requires background and experience in analytical roles, a proven ability to work closely with various stakeholders, and a strong desire to learn what is needed to properly support the business.

  • Here’s some of what you’ll be doing . Engaged in various technical support activities, ensuring expectations are met regarding quality and turn around times Implement sustainable & compliant business processes Identify risks and mitigation strategies Creation and generation of reports Supporting and leading the resolution of production problems while ensuring proper engagement between IT and the business Required competencies Previous experience in an analysis focused role Strong desire and passion to learn Strong networking (people) skills Passionate about both the customer & stakeholder experience Sound decision making skills, demonstrated strength at evaluating feasibility or practicality of ideas and options;
  • assesses risks and trade-offs; makes informed and timely decisions. Proven ability to quickly and easily adapt to changes within the business and organization.

    Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation & negotiation Innovative and creative, with the ability to generate new and unique ideas, along with solutions to problems and opportunities.

    Strong Assets Knowledge of the group retirement business MPS, PDS & Admin experience. Bilingual Experience with SQL Proficient with MS Access, Excel, Word.
