EMPLOYEE RELATIONS MANAGEMENT 1
Ensures timely distribution and proper documentation of all approved policies and procedures
Ensures that Separation records and databases are always updated and regularly checks accuracy of all trackers and databases
Ensures that memoranda are issued to employees who violate rules and regulations in the company and copies are properly filed in their respective 201 files.
4.Assists in the implementation of Employee Related Activities. RECRUITMENT, SELECTION AND PLACEMENT. 1.Keeps oneself abreast on latest industry recruitment sourcing programs and strategies by utilizing relevant business and marketing knowledge to establish and extend company contacts despite limited budget and time.
2.Closely coordinates with requesting departments regarding manpower profiles needed to ensure better understanding of what needs to be done and who the company shall consider as potential candidates.
3.Develops ways of identifying internal and external recruitment campaigns and approaching suitable candidates to ensure continuous hiring of candidates as necessary.
4.Obtains information on available job fairs (schools or private) and other recruitment events to augment manpower pool, recommends viability of participation and seeks budget approval correspondingly.

Regularly assesses tools used in screening, recommends upgrades from time to time and coordinates with IT regarding implementation of improvements.
7.Assists in manpower planning process and maintain manpower records. A.Graduate of BS Psychology or Behavioral Science and with at least 2-
3 years related experience on the same functional area. B.With above average verbal and written English communication skills and can relate well with different levels in the organization.
C.Well organized and keen on details, has the ability to work under time pressure but with high efficiency and minimal supervision.
D.Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point for reporting and presentation deliverable. >
