As part of our growth, your tasks will be :

  • Encodes BIR 2316 details of active and inactive employees in BIR system
  • Prepares SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-ibig contribution list for check payment preparation
  • Monitors HMO and GLI enrollment and deletion
  • Checks billing statement of HMO, GLI, and PPE prior to submission to Finance for payment processing
  • Monitors and ensures that HMO, GLI, and PPE bills are paid on time
  • Sends out daily PPE result to all concerned
  • Coordinates with POC of HMO, GLI, and PPE for any concern
  • Prepares regularization memo on time
  • Prepares COE without compensation
  • Posts Philhealth contribution in PHIC system
  • Monitors VL usage of all employees
  • Prepares overtime report for all employees
  • Prepares Certificate of Contribution (Philhealth) upon employee request
  • Prepares periodic reports as required
  • You know you are the perfect fit if you have / are :

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting, Finance or HR-related course
  • Preferably at least one year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work on a flexible working hours and weekends if necessary
  • Hardworking, resourceful, responsible and have a good problem solving skills
  • Strong customer service oriented
  • Negotiation and excellent listening ability is required
  • Good communication skills
