JOB OVERVIEW :

THE ROLE :
Your role as Account Executive, Sales Solutions is to shape how new and existing businesses grow through your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical responsibilities.
You leverage your entrepreneurial drive to target, educate, and persuade small to mid-size businesses to embrace our client’s latest advertising products and technologies to help them find more customers.
Working with small to mid-size businesses, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can help their business’ reach thousands of users.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide strategic advice and help small to mid-size businesses get the best ROI on their business’ advertising investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
Consistently deliver against assigned quota, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer sales experience to clients.
Implement creative ways to improve our clients’ relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and up-
sell or promote other products.
Communicate with small to mid-size proactively, via phone, email, and video conference.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
Good analytical and problem solving skills - giving full attention to what the customer is saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
Up-to-date technical knowledge of cloud-based services, social media, computers, mobile devices, and more importantly how they all work together.
Have in depth understanding of AdWords and online advertising.
Positive client-facing attitude for trouble shooting and timely resolution.
Able to set priorities and multi task.
Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and sales driven.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :
BA / BS degree on business, communications, sales & marketing, and digital media or equivalent practical experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Unbeatable communication skills, both oral and written.
Internet savvy and knowledge of traditional and digital media, along with its competitive landscape.
Understanding of unique challenges that small businesses face in marketing online.
2-3yrs. of extensive SALES experience
