To ensure that the guest feedback gathered from all different channels used by Shakey’s are properly and timely attended : managing the contracted 3rd party provider.

  • The incumbent is responsible in leading the Guest Care team in handling guest feedback and guest concern resolution; Manage calendar of activities and tasks;
  • and see through accomplishment and compliance to SLAs agreed with the 3rd party system provider through :

  • Understanding of all or most social media technologies or platform (FB, Twitter, IG, Youtube);
  • Excellent Social Marketing conversation skills with strong history of active participation in any social media platform
  • E-commerce or Social Media Management Experience is a plus but not required.
