The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for Housekeeping and Front Office. He / she manages the general operations and maintenance of the front office, reservations, villas, pavilions, function buildings and gardens.
He / she ensures high level of guest satisfaction as well as for financial results of the department with a focus on controlling the expenses and ensuring maximum room revenues are achieved.
Housekeeping Accountabilities :
Supervise work activities of housekeeping personnel to ensure clean, orderly and attractive villas, pavilions, function buildings and gardens.
Assign duties, inspect work and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping services and equipment and take corrective action
Supervise the inventory and maintain the quality of the materials
Front Office Accountabilities :
Ensure timely efficient & professional welcome and check in is provide by all Front Desk Staff ensuring customer satisfaction
Maintain a high morale and productivity as well as good communication within the Front Office staff as well as between another department
Work in Partnership with Sales, Admin, and Front Office to ensure guests needs are determined and met in regards to room requirements
Handles and resolves guest complaints in the villas
Rooms Division Accountabilities :
Work closely with room attendants to promote open communications and ensure that standards are met and assignment completed.
Supervise the laundry staff and the laundry area, ensure that all linens and beddings are handed and stored properly
With at least 2 years working experience in the same field
Graduate of BS in HRM / HRS or any related courses
Must have a Good Customer Service Skills, Good Communication Skills, Stress and Time Management
