PasigAlta Resources is Hiring!The Business Analytics Director is responsible for leading a centralized analytics department tasked with providing timely and accurate reporting, as well as actionable insights, for internal and external customers.

Along with managerial duties of leading the department, the individual will be responsible for leading data sourcing efforts, creation and maintenance of reports, analysis and forecasting of operational performance, and creative and timely solutions to ad hoc analytical inquiries.

The individual will also play a key role in the implementation and daily operation of a centralized analytic solution funneled through business intelligence (BI) tool(s) with the purpose of providing internal and external customers at various levels dynamic data visualization of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Access and views to be role-based for internal and external customers.Internally, the centralized analytics department will be responsible for the development and management of dashboards, publishing of required daily, weekly, and monthly reports and scorecards, and timely communication of important trends and suspicious outliers.

While externally, the team will provide daily, weekly and monthly reports in accordant to the need of our client as requested by operational leaders.

Additionally, he / she will continuously develop the skills of the analytics team, and ensure they remain on the leading edge of innovation in the field within the BPO industry.

Moreover, he / she will develop and maintain a culture of proactive research and analysis, as well as best practice sharing.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Build a network of close working relationships with Senior Leadership, Operations Directors, Program Managers, and others across the organization.

Lead the successful implementation and execution of a centralized analytics team that supports a complex organizational structure through a blend of dedicated and shared resources (i.

    upon schedule of availability are conditions of employment and essential function of this position LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIESThe role will be heavily involved in the development of a centralized analytics environment in which Reporting Analysts, Business Analysts, and Sr.

    Business Analysts directly report to this leader. In some instances, shared leadership accountability may exist with Operational leaders.

    Individual is responsible for leading a combination of on-site and remote analysts. He / she will be responsible for the successful development of employees, including coaching, hiring and performance management.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for up to eight hours, and stand.

    Manual dexterity which allows the individual to use hands to type on a keyboard, use a mouse and write are required, as is the ability to talk, and hear.

    site due to business functions.MINIMUM COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTSEducation : Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative field required.

    MS or Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Economics, or equivalent required.

    Work Experience : Minimum of seven years’ experience with increasing responsibility in analytics or related field. Five years or more of leadership experience with demonstrated success in employee development, coaching, hiring and performance management.

    Experience in BPO / contact center required. Experience communicating and managing US-based internal and external company projects required.

    Skills : The Business Analytics Director will possess an advanced analytical skillset and proven knowledge of dashboard development and maintenance.

    He / she will be able to understand, analyze and synthesize : call center operations metrics, business formulas, financial statements, regression analysis, and large data sets.

    This role requires an advanced understanding of data analysis and models. He / she will need to have strong working knowledge of all common and advanced analysis tools and formulae, proven experience writing SQL and VBA, capability of expanding the data mart, and leveraging reporting and dashboard tools through creation and use.
