Position : Mandarin Help Desk Associate
Location : Cebu City

Schedule : Dayshift Schedule (8 AM-5 PM)
Salary : Php 45,000 to Php 60,000 Max

Responsibilities :
Handle inquiries / incident reports coming from clients in both Mandarin and English via phone, email, chat, etc. in accordance with existing processes and guidelines.
Record details of inquiries as tickets and ensure the information is reflected in the system.
Translate inquiries from Mandarin and English and vice versa, and escalate as needed
Maintain the knowledge base and keep it organized for future use.
Create reports on weekly / monthly help desk performance.
Analyze relevant data and initiate process improvements in problem areas.
Requirements :
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in Mandarin.
Graduates of BS in Information Technology or any related field.
Customer Service experience is a big advantage.
Open to no related work experience.
