The Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator will provide world-class recruiting and on-boarding Management services to the organization, ensuring that service levels and business case assumptions are met or exceeded.
The role will report to the Recruitment & Onboarding Senior Advisor and will work closely with other HR SSC teams.
Performs and administers recruitment activities such as coordinating interviews, generating contracts, candidate correspondence, and onboarding tasks
Responsible for daily recruitment service operations while adhering to policies and procedures and service level agreement (SLA).
Coordinate with candidates and / or recruiter for any recruitment related concerns seen through email or case management system
Amenable to be measured in different operational metrics, must be capable of meeting the prescribed threshold in performance scorecards.
Responsible for the daily service operations. Ensure effective, fair, and consistent administration including adherence to policies and procedures and meeting service levels
Point of contact or Subject Matter Expert for all the supported processes in North America region
Build and develop relationships with stakeholders and other departments / COEs
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management
At least one year relevant experience in HR Shared Service
Knowledgeable in HR processes and policies regarding recruitment
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Must be amenable to work night shift
Must have the ability to learn and use recruitment technologies (Applicant Tracking Systems, Excel, SharePoint, and other internet-based systems and tools)
Experience with HRIS (such as Oracle Recruiting Cloud system) applications and CMS (ServiceNow)
