Training & Development

  • Leads in the identification, design, implementation and evaluation of learning programs across the organization.
  • Consults with key management leaders to drive program strategies and implementation
  • Responsible for creating and updating leadership competency framework
  • Leads in the assessment of employees to identify competency gaps thru the use of Assessment Centers, leadership surveys, and 360 feedback
  • Takes an active role in the whole cycle of Assessment Center : Designs case studies, acts as the lead assessor, and creates talent assessment reports
  • Conducts talent profiling
  • 2. Employee Relations

  • Leads in implementing org. diagnosis tools such as employee engagement surveys and focused group discussions to identify culture building programs that will strengthen high performance, engagement and retention.
  • Designs and implements rewards and recognition and team development programs
  • 3. Performance Management, Promotion, & Succession

  • Ensures its consistent implementation across the organization
  • Coaches and educates line managers on measuring and sustaining high performance
  • Identifies and implements improvements
  • Ensures strength of talent bench
  • 4. Onboarding

  • Designs a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure that new hires gain a positive experience on their work
  • Designs and implements programs to ensure that new hires are supported in their roles
  • 5. People & Leadership

  • Coaches and mentors a team of OED Associates
  • Formulates action plans for the professional development of staff
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources or any Business related field.
  • At least 3 years work experience in training / learning design, development, and evaluation / assessment
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • with a strong customer-focused background and problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Must have the ability to multitask to enable you to effectively manage training schedule
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
