RingCentral is looking for a Front-End Developer II to join our growing Marketing Automations team.

The Front End Developer II is an Email and Page Front End Developer, a part of the Marketing Automation team. As a key member of this high-volume development team, you will work with us to put RingCentral’s message of Unified Communications into people’s inboxes every day.

You will take on-brand email or page mockups and code them in HTML / CSS / Javascript to ensure a consistent experience across devices.

Your day will include regular coding as well as urgent fixes. You have a passion for quality and stunning audience experiences.

Main responsibilities :

Code emails and landing pages from PSDs and designs provided by Creative.

Offer coding and design advice to ensure high deliverability, engagement, as well as a consistent experience across devices and browsers.

Code and build Emails and Templates in the Marketo marketing automation platform in a scalable way to empower Marketing professionals and support high output with minimal corrections.

Code and build scalable and mobile-responsive Landing Pages and Templates in Marketo.

Code highly personalized emails and landing pages using sophisticated techniques.

Ad-hoc code fixes to ensure assets are visually spectacular across devices.

Ensure Templates and code are scalable for rapid changes and simplicity for non-coders.

Eager to seek the challenges in email development, and even using older techniques and code to ensure all emails and pages display well in every client.

Lift EmailOnAcid and other tools to ensure consistent experiences for our entire audience.

Qualifications :

Experienced in HTML and CSS skills, and a broad knowledge of email and landing page development techniques across devices and browsers.

Experienced with an understanding of mobile and responsive design and coding considerations.

At least 4 years of daily email coding experience and email marketing experience.

At least 4 years experience with Email Service Providers or Marketing Automation Platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, ExactTarget, ConstantContact, etc.

Strong JavaScript capabilities to build compelling experiences.

Expertise with a landing page, user experience, and call-to-action considerations.

Specialist in an understanding of cross-device, cross client HTML email issues, especially with Outlook and Gmail.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent project management skills.

Act as a mentor to other team members, continually seeking to lift the technical capability of the team.

Related B.A. degree in graphic design, web development, or equivalent.

Familiar with Adobe CS, Sketch, Figma, or similar

Accessible portfolio of previous work showcasing skills in design, HTML, CSS, and UX.


Experience with Marketo’s Velocity Script and the ability to prove it.

Experience with Marketo design and HTML issues, such as Guided Landing Page Templates, Email Templates, and Email 2.0.

Adobe Marketo Engage Business Practitioner or Certified Specialist
