About the role
You will assist the FX front office with all payment, confirmations, and settlements across the network. You will be responsible for ensuring that all correspondent and FX queries are handled in a timely manner.
You will work closely with the wider treasury team as the demands on the role are expected to evolve as the processes we support and needs of the business change.
Your communication skills will be key in working closely with the front office funding team to help drive down risk of outages and to handle trades / monitor settlement receipt into our banking network.
Working close to Africa and London time to provide round the sun coverage.

Reporting to the Funding Support Manager, you will :
Processes settlements and correspondent payments using various banking portals
Chases on all local currency trades and monitor settlement receipt
Liaise with the funding team and FX front office in order to minimise risk of outages
Ensure timely and accurate capture of settlements
Show a proactive approach in improving existing relationships with all correspondents and trading partners in the WorldRemit portfolio.
Participation in operational Treasury related projects
What we’re looking for from you...
College degree graduate
Experience in a BPO / share service is not required but is an advantage
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented
Organisational skills
Able to operate with minimal supervision
