Job Purpose :

  • Supporting Citi’s online event management system for the governance of meeting and event spend throughout APAC
  • Serving in a content management capacity for the Global Event Marketing team in the Asia Pacific region by designing, creating, maintaining and executing internally externally facing websites in support of global meetings, events and conferences
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Citi Events Citi’s Online Event Management System
  • Support the online event registration system and approval flow for all events across Asia Pacific accordance with Citi Expense Management Policy
  • Provide Event Registration support through the Citi Events online system and communicate correct process / policy to business users across Asia Pacific (servicing 18 countries)
  • Data Integrity and Quality Control ensuring that all data in Citi Events is complete, correct and updated. Liaising with both GEM planners and other Event organizers regularly for accurate data
  • Citi Events APAC help desk for any issues
  • Content Support on Various Event Management Software Platforms
  • Design and create web-based layouts, banners and content for use in web registration sites using Adobe Dreamweaver and Adobe Photoshop
  • Build out content in mobile applications using a content management system
  • Partner with Meeting and Event Planners and event hosts to review web registration site requirements, timing, project plans, etc.
  • Become extremely adept with using internal event management software tools (Citi Events, CrowdCompass, Starcite and Citi Velocity)
  • Design and send event communications; save the dates invitations, broadcasts and confirmations using Citi Events system, MS Outlook and other distribution systems
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy and appropriateness of mass emails, websites and mobile applications before and ensure they are aligned with the Citi Branding guidelines before publishingCiti Tickets -
  • Citi’s Online Ticketing Management System

  • Assist to support the requests through the online ticketing system for CEATS throughout Asia Pacific (18 countries)
  • Prepare reports and metrics for CEATS as required

  • Become regional subject matter expert on mobile applications and event related digital communications
  • Knowledge / Experience :

  • 3+ years’ experience with creative development, external web site development, mobile applications, content management systems, blast emailing and list management
  • Excellent skills with MS Excel, Word, Adobe Professional, Photoshop, HTML, and Dream Weaver
  • Experience with event management and / or electronic marketing a plus
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy (reviews and checks all work before distributing)
  • Must be able to work to strict deadlines and in a high pressure environment while providing the utmost in customer service and responsiveness
  • Strong client focus and ability to step outside regular job functions and comfort zone to assist the global team
  • Excellent communications and customer service skills required
  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience and / or certifications in creative design, information technology, marketing, etc
  • Qualifications :

  • University degree or equivalent

  • Highly Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
