Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES : Please note that this is a Technical Support role in a BPO setting. Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution.

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues. Prepare accurate and timely reports.

Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles. ENJOY THESE WORLD-CLASS BENEFITS : PHP 16,000 - PHP 26,000 starting pay depends on site, account, candidate background & skills.

Job Qualifications TO QUALIFY :

Candidate must be agraduate of any Engineering-, Computer- or IT-related courses.

With a natural interest in technology, internet, computers

With good English communication skills

Willing to work in Quezon City, Pasig City, Mandaluyong City, Makati City or Pasay City.
