The Corporate Recruiter drives the identification and attraction of talent through strategic marketing, diversity outreach, campus initiatives, passive recruiting, and social media.
Duties and Responsibilities
Leads the talent acquisition process from requisition approval through new hire on-boarding.
Establishes and maintains relationships with key decision-makers within the departments; develops relationships with key executive leaders at the top of each business unit to ensure full understanding of business unit goals, initiatives, and challenges, in order, to align the talent acquisition strategy to the needs of the business.
Uses passive and direct sourcing techniques and seeks new methods and innovative solutions to identify and attract prospective candidates and build pipeline.
Leverages in-house recruitment efforts and online recruiting resources to examine and hire ideal candidates.
Manages the selection, presentation, closing, negotiation, offer, and administrative components for new hires.
Maintains well-ordered and accurate documentation on all candidates.
Uses social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Functions as primary point of contact and coordinate appropriately with all parties involved in process i.e., hiring managers, HR, compensation, relocation etc.
Manages all required pre-screenings and ensure assessment tools are utilized and consistent.
Schedules / coordinates all hiring manager interviews and coordinate required subsequent interviews.
Bachelor’s in Human Resources or other related fields
2+ years of full life cycle / high volume Recruiting experience
Demonstrated business acumen in understanding Hiring Managers needs and applying appropriate recommendations
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent negotiation skills and effective organizational skills
Strong team orientation, customer focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced results oriented environment
Experience in Executive level recruiting
Call Center or BPO experience
A history of filling challenging sales roles is a plus but not required
