The Senior Director, Inclusion & Diversity will report into the Vice President, Inclusion, Diversity & Corporate Impact and play a key role in exemplifying the team mission of fostering a culture of inclusiveness.
Works with Business leaders to support them in championing a diverse, multicultural workforce where all employees can achieve and contribute to the company’s success.
Consults key stakeholders across the Business to ensure that the employee voice is heard and reflected in strategies that maximize employee engagement.

Provide thought leadership on evolving trends.
Demonstrated track record of success in developing and managing inclusion and diversity strategies, and in gaining support from stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment
Strong bias for action and strength in execution / leading through others
Prior experience in developing targeted diversity recruiting and pipelining strategies and implementing proven approaches to attract and hire the right talent to the organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an inquisitive disposition
Demonstrated track record of taking initiative, leading large complex projects, working in a fast-paced federated environment and handling multiple and changing priorities simultaneously
Strong business and customer orientation; stakeholder management
Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills; ability to assess needs, collaborate and deliver practical solutions that drive results
Highly organized, attention to detail and excellent follow-through required
Collaboration and Influence
Ability to influence and mobilize colleagues and create accountability with different communities across the organization (BU Presidents, etc.)
Partner with Business Leaders, HRBPs and TM to both develop and run the strategy
Strategic mindset in analyzing external and internal opportunities within the lens of McKesson’s diversity and inclusion goals
Thought leadership in shaping, selecting diagnostics and solutions that work
Ability to learn business priorities and challenges; commonalities and differences across multiple business units and navigate and build a strategy that supports
Executive presence and a strong grasp of techniques to motivate, mobilize and lead others
Utilizes a story-based method to share compelling narratives, illustrate ideas and encourage creativity
Minimum of 10 years of experience within a complex and high-growth organization
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR or similar field; Master’s preferred.
Must have ability to travel a minimum of 25% of the time, post COVID 19
The role is based in Las Colinas, TX
