GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
â¢Troubleshoot PC hardware / software, server and network / Internet related issues.
â¢Attend to IT support requests and concerns
â¢POC to hardware / software vendors, 3rd Party suppliers and Internet service providers.
â¢PC deployment and Provision of access / login details for new hires.
â¢Ensure cleanliness of Server Room and organization of things in IT stock room
â¢Regularly manage and update inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
â¢Perform workstation / server maintenance and updates
â¢Monitor Internet bandwidth utilization, server room temperature, servers & network
â¢Send shift report for daily pending / completed tasks and issues encountered
â¢Provide IT e-mail notifications for incident reports, maintenance schedules and IT updates.
â¢Any other task / duty as directed by client / management
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
â¢Candidate must possess a Bachelorâs Degree / Vocation Diploma in Computer
â¢Science / Information Technology or equivalent
â¢At least 3-5 years equivalent experience in hands-on IT Helpdesk Support (non-voice)
â¢Knowledge & work experience / training with PC / Laptop troubleshooting, parts,
â¢assembly / disassembly and upgrades
â¢Knowledge & work experience / training with Firewall, switches and routers (Cisco or
â¢Knowledge & work experience / training with Windows Active Directory Server.
â¢Good Understanding of Network Fundamentals
â¢Good English communication skills oral and written
â¢Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel
â¢Willing to work in Makati City and / or Taguig City in a shifting and night shift schedule
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS BUT NOT REQUIRED :
â¢Hardware / Network / Server or equivalent certifications
â¢Knowledge in Open source Operating systems and applications
â¢Knowledge & work experience / training in VOIP
â¢Adobe Photoshop skills
