Plan, schedule, and execute remote deployments of software to customersites- Manage customer communications to provide clear planning anddirection on behalf of EMI Support-
Co-ordinate with Support Zones to ensure all information relevantto the deployment is captured and documented- Track deployment progress through existing tools?
Assist in : - creating a standard model for planning and executing updates- the development of new tracking tools and workflows?
Coordinate with R&D and Product Management on software deploymentstrategies, tools, and process enhancements? Provide technical support to the customer during the go-
live process? Create a world-class customer experience while delivering on updaterequest through active communications with customers? Create and share
Background : Strong understanding of enterprise system administration, technologybackground with maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of mission-
criticalhardware and software systems. Knowledge of clinical workflow will be adefinite asset
