We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for the strategy, planning, actioning & delivery of paid ads for Search, Social, Display & YouTube campaigns, ensuring that the performance meets Lalamove Automotive’s lead acquisition and conversion targets for our vehicle loan offers.
Performance Marketing Mentality : To optimize campaigns towards improving metrics such as : conversions, cost per lead, cost per acquisition.
Ensuring to hit main KPIs such as Client Leads Acquisition suitable for Vehicle Loans, Business Leads for Corporate Sales, Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Acquisition within the given budget
Data Driven : To analyze and utilize existing data from various tools and platforms on hand to make informed decisions.
Creating end to end marketing campaigns based on data, research and analysis
Expert in Google Ads & Paid Social : Comfortable to manage marketing campaigns on online paid platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Conceptualizing and setting up new campaigns from scratch and navigating the platform
Test & Learn Mentality : To be open enough to try new channels & learn from them. A / B testing targeting, strategies and creatives.
Problem-solver : To be able to find creative online campaigns to move Client Acquisition numbers.
User Empathy : To be able to think from a perspective of a client who wants to avail of a vehicle loan on lead sign-up journeys which are seamless.
High autonomy : Self-organized, passionate with a can-do attitude and own end-to-end projects.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time
What you'll need :
A relevant degree in Marketing or Quantitative field is advantageous
Minimum 2 years hands on experience in strategizing, executing & optimizing user acquisition campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads
Experience with running on Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Clear understanding of Performance Marketing Metrics such as : Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Acquisition, Cost Per Install, Conversion Rate, Cost Per Click among other metrics
Fluent in Tagalog and English
Must be willing to work in Makati eventually
The following skills are a plus :
Experience in social media platforms such as : LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Pinterest Ads or Instagram Ads
Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
