Represent Mayora’s Brand proposition externally and internally. Evangelize customers, partners and participate at conferences.
Drive transformational brand solution sales through leveraging and developing relevant content and competition.
Develop, leverage and deploy regional and local Brand solutions to upscale sales teams to approach clients with multi-faceted media propositions.
Ensure competitive perspectives and differentiated value propositions generated through market-relevant insights. Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop Mayora’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Run Mayora’s presence on social networks and manage Mayora’s newsletters.
Attend, present on and man the booths on industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new content and marketing engagements.
Identify opportunities for campaigns that will lead to an increase in sales.
Responsible for developing customer and consumer activities process and establishes, reinforces reporting standard in support of day-to-day operation.
Working closely with key customers to provide category and shopper insights to drive performance (customers).
Develop annual Activation plan and budget planning and focus with project management to ensure that budget allocation is effective and well-spent
Maintain a complete understanding of the dynamics and trends within the categories managed with implications and recommendations to Sales / Marketing team and other functions
Develop creative and outstanding POP materials that delivers the in-store the shelf presence of Mayora’s (Display rack, bottle mock up, wobbler, tent card, etc.
and ensure all POP materials are implemented in-store with excellence
Coordinating with other functions : Marketing & Sales team and Implement activities / promotions it with Excellence and track the results.
To feedback on competitor’s market intelligent include promotional programs, distribution network, pricing strategies and new products launching.
Implement New Product Introduction and prepare the Presentation Materials for Field sales team.
Issue Monthly Customer Marketing Report / budget, Accruals, Committed Spending and Planned Spending if any.
Maintain a complete understanding of the dynamics and trends within the categories managed with implications and recommendations to Sales / Marketing team and other functions.
