Ubiquity is looking for an Application Support Engineer to design, set up, and manage Customer Relationship Management platforms like Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, and Salesforce. â— Work with Cross-Functional Teams.
â— Identify potential issues with already established omnichannel solutions and propose/implement improvements.
â— Problem solve and troubleshoot while supporting users within the organization as well as external stakeholders.
â— Design and implement automated support flows.
â— Identify and evaluate omnichannel solutions for new business opportunities
â— Resolve unexpected issues in real-time.
â— Be assertive when advising on the pros and cons of any and all design and implementation requirements.
â— Write all related documentation/update data in online tools (Changes, Validation docs, systems proposals/recommendation, job aids to be used for Learning & Development etc).
â— At least 3-5 years in providing customer/technical support.
â— Verifiable experience in providing direct support for CRM/omnichannel solutions. Experience in directly implementing and managing these solutions is desirable.
â— Thorough understanding of Customer Relationship Management/Omnichannel platforms.
â— Experience in handling Zendesk and the likes of Freshdesk, Salesforce, Intercom, HubSpot, etc.
â— Strong problem solving and logic skills required.
â— Willing to be flexible working on different shift schedules, especially graveyard.
