Production Shared Services Associate

Your Team responsibilities The Data Services Production Associate position supports all MSCI ESG Research products and services by maintaining and reviewing data feeds delivered via an internal proprietary application.

You will produce, maintain and deliver data feeds as well as manages client inquiries in conjunction with the analysts in ESG Data and Research and colleagues in ESG Coverage team.

    Your key responsibilities

  • Work closely with the data feed team defining custom implementations based on client requirements. Liaise with client service / coverage for on-boarding client feeds, including entitlement support, and creation of new product packages when required.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve client experience on ingesting and mapping ESG Data into their platforms. Work with clients directly to aid in client ingestion and planning.

    Engages in immediate and wider team, facilitates projects with other teams in ESG.

  • Creation and implementation of data feed requests for new and existing clients. This includes simple and complex on-boarding requests.
  • Execute established quality assurance processes to maintain accuracy in data feeds. Follow standard operating procedures for global data and process management.

    Your skills and experience that will help you excel

    Specific Knowledge / Skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel, One note, SF, etc.
  • With great client communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Desired Experience

  • 3 plus years’ experience in or outside of MSCI, with knowledge in ESG, data operations, quality control, support or client service.
  • Additional experience on working on late EMEA shift / EMEA shift
  • Desired Qualifications

  • BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, demonstrated Analytical Skills
  • Ownership over work and assigned project
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent English comprehension, writing and verbal
