Must be minimum Bachelor degree from Agriculture or related major
Must be willing to be located in designated area
Experience in business agriculture (Sales & Marketing) min 5 year
Develop and to carry out sales strategy in an assigned territory in line with a business plan.
Find new opportunities in the market whilst maintaining the existing business (develop & Managing Dealer & Chanel)
Work closely with the country management team including R&D and Marketing to develop, implement and follow up business plans and objectives.
Lead, coach and monitor sales team including Commission Agent in an assigned territory by providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure successful performance.
Serve as "point person" with all customers and ability to handle day to day issues i.e. shipping, allocations, and inventory management on all products in the district.
