JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answering employee questions
  • Processing incoming mail
  • Creating and distributing documents
  • Providing customer service to organization employees
  • Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors / administrators
  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings
  • Maintaining calendars of HR management team
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • With good communication skills, mature, people-person, observes deadline, detail-oriented, with interpersonal abilities, willing to do field works, multitasker, flexible, innovative, team-player, with strong follow up skills, trustworthy, and objective
